Scientific activities of the student council began with a never before done Endodontics Workshop focusing additionally on rotary instrumentation. At it's core was a comprehensive teaching module comprising of lectures, demonstrations, Q&A sessions plus hands-on experience, all in a pre-clinical set-up yet in a highly clinical frame of reference. The response was immense, 75 participants in 3 batches over 6 days of intensive coaching. The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics left no stone unturned in ensuring the smooth conduct of the workshop and kudos to them for that. Indeed, it had been a rewarding experience for everyone involved in the project, and with a positive start like this one, the council looks forward to continuing it's scientific events on a better footing in the future.
